Bulletin Express
Oct 02

China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited (SFSY ENERGY; HKEX: 00750) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital stayed unchanged and that the company continues to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The authorised share capital closed the month at 3.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 32.00 million—identical to the previous month’s level.

Issued share capital was steady at 2.52 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares remained 2.52 billion. SFSY ENERGY affirmed that at least 25 % of its issued shares are in public hands, satisfying Main Board Rule 13.32B.

Share-based incentives were unchanged. The 5 April 2017 option scheme continues to account for 12.00 million outstanding options at an exercise price of HKD 3.55 per share. No options were granted, cancelled, lapsed, or exercised during the month, and no new shares or treasury-share transfers were triggered. If fully exercised, these options would represent a potential dilution of approximately 0.48 % of the current issued share base.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuing agreements, or treasury-share movements in September. All requisite confirmations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, indicating full compliance with listing and regulatory obligations.
