Road King Infrastructure Limited announced that the High Court of Hong Kong has moved the convening hearing for its creditor schemes of arrangement from 23 October 2026 to 26 October 2026 due to court scheduling constraints. The one-business-day adjustment does not alter the overall restructuring timetable; the sanction hearing remains set for 10 December 2026, and management continues to target completion of the restructuring by year-end.
The company stated that scheme documentation is “well progressed” and it is working closely with advisers and stakeholders to finalise details. Further announcements will be issued as material developments arise, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations.
Road King reiterated that shareholders and investors should exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities and consider associated risks, noting that stated intentions may not ultimately materialise.
