Bulletin Express
Apr 29

Congyu Intelligent Agricultural Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that two key corporate documents—the 2025 Annual Report and a circular dated the same day—are now available on both the company’s website (www.cyia.hk) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular covers three agenda items for the upcoming annual general meeting: 1) proposals to grant general mandates for share issuance and share repurchases, 2) the proposed re-election of directors, and 3) the formal notice convening the AGM.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies enclosed with the notice. Non-registered shareholders holding shares through CCASS intermediaries are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to facilitate electronic delivery; otherwise, no separate notice of future web-posted communications will be dispatched.

Printed copies of the current documents—and of future corporate communications—can be requested free of charge by returning the designated request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Such requests remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.

Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong branch share registrar hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
