Sa Sa International (00178) has released an announcement that for the second quarter from July 1 to September 30, 2026, the group's beauty trend effects and marketing strategies continued to deliver results, driving total group turnover to HK$1.4138 billion, up 37.2% year-on-year.

The group's total offline sales reached HK$1.2196 billion, up 47.6% compared to the same period last year. The group launched various large-scale and topical promotional campaigns, combined with different popular beauty products to drive trends, becoming a hot topic in the city and warmly welcomed by mainland Chinese tourists, driving offline sales in Hong Kong and Macau (Hong Kong and Macau) to achieve a 52.0% year-on-year increase, with same-store sales rising 46.9% year-on-year, and comprehensive growth in average transaction value, total transaction count, and items per transaction.

Although Hong Kong and Macau have entered the rainy and typhoon season, foot traffic and consumer sentiment in the market remain positive, especially in tourist areas such as Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Causeway Bay, where business conditions remain robust, also leading to ideal sales performance for the group's stores in these areas.

The group's operational optimization strategy in Southeast Asia is gradually taking effect, with offline sales rising 11.4% year-on-year, and also achieving positive year-on-year growth when calculated in local currency. As of September 30, 2026, the group operated a total of 162 offline stores, including five new stores opened in Hong Kong during the first half of this fiscal year to meet local consumer demand.

On the other hand, the group strategically reduced lower-margin bulk B2B orders to reserve inventory for expanding higher-margin and fast-growing offline retail and B2C online markets. The group also closely monitors inventory of best-selling products to ensure sufficient supply for order demand across all channels. During the period, online B2C sales rose 22.5% year-on-year to HK$154.3 million, further enhancing the group's online business profitability.
