On 07 October 2026, Saint Bella Group Limited executed an on-market buyback of 59,500 ordinary shares at prices ranging between HKD 2.66 and HKD 2.73 per share. The transaction cost totalled HKD 0.16 million, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0097% to 615.54 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 6.66 million, keeping the total number of issued shares unchanged at 622.20 million.
The buyback formed part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises Saint Bella to repurchase up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 6.66 million shares, representing 1.07% of the issued shares outstanding at the mandate’s approval date.
A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares applies until 06 November 2026, in line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a).
No shares repurchased in this latest transaction are scheduled for cancellation; all will be retained as treasury shares.
