Pan Asia Data Further Adjourns Winding-Up Petition Hearing to 30 September 2026

Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. stated that the High Court of Hong Kong has accepted a joint request from the company and the petitioner to postpone the winding-up petition hearing to 30 September 2026. The decision was made during the latest court session on 29 July 2026.

No winding-up order has been issued against the company as of the announcement date. Pan Asia Data plans to release additional updates if material developments arise.

Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.

The board is chaired by Mr. Gu Zhongli and currently consists of three executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
