China Wood International: No Share Capital Changes Recorded for May 2026; Public Float Requirement Met

China Wood International Holding Co., Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable capital structure with no movements in either authorised or issued shares during the month.

At 31 May 2026, authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. The issued share count was unchanged at 986.90 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The filing also confirms compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent for Main Board issuers. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised or cancelled, and no other share movements occurred during the month.

The return was submitted on 2 June 2026 and signed by company secretary Mr Lee Pak Chung, attesting that all regulatory and listing requirements were duly observed.
