COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. (COSCO SHIP DEV) has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that the group’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised and registered share capital closed September at 13.13 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. This total comprises 3.42 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 9.71 billion A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Both classes recorded zero movement in authorised, issued or treasury shares versus the previous month.

Issued H-shares stood at 3.42 billion, while issued A-shares totalled 9.71 billion, leaving no treasury shares on either register. COSCO SHIP DEV also reported no activity in share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments during the period.

The company affirmed that its H-share public float comfortably meets the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5 % requirement for PRC issuers with other listed shares. The filing, submitted on 6 October 2026 by Company Secretary Cai Lei, confirms full compliance with all relevant regulatory and listing obligations.
