Hygeia Healthcare Buys Back 166,000 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 14.84 Million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited disclosed that it repurchased 166,000 ordinary shares on 15 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HKD 9.87 and HKD 9.90, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 9.90, for a total consideration of HKD 1.64 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.03 % to 603.66 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 14.84 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises Hygeia Healthcare to repurchase up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 4.08 million shares, equivalent to 0.67 % of the issuer’s share capital on the mandate approval date.

All 166,000 shares acquired on 15 September 2026 have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 15 October 2026.
