SOHO China Reports Unchanged Share Capital and Maintains Public Float Compliance in September 2026

SOHO China Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the month ended 30 September 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained static during the period. The filing was signed by Director Pan Shiyi on 7 October 2026.

As at 30 September 2026, authorised share capital stood at 7.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 150.00 million. No increases or decreases in authorised share capital were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 5.20 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares remained at 5.20 billion.

The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public‐float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares.

No activity was reported under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts in issue.
