Dynagreen Environmental Protection: Share Base Steady in September; RMB 2.36 Billion Convertible Bonds Remain Outstanding

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (Dynagreen Environmental Protection) filed its Monthly Return for September 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 October 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and ongoing compliance with public-float requirements.

Total registered capital stood at 1.43 billion shares (par value: RMB 1 each), split between 404.36 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 1.03 billion A-shares listed in Shanghai. There were no changes in authorised, registered or issued share capital during the month; issued shares remain at 404.36 million H-shares and 1.03 billion A-shares, with no treasury shares held.

Dynagreen reiterated that the H-share public float exceeded the 5 % minimum threshold stipulated for PRC issuers with multiple listings, thereby meeting Main Board Rule 13.32B.

The company also reported outstanding A-share convertible corporate bonds totaling RMB 2.36 billion. The bonds carry a conversion price of RMB 8.67 per share—adjusted from RMB 8.89 on 8 July 2026—and can be converted into up to 272.19 million new A-shares during the period from 5 September 2022 to 24 February 2028. No conversions were executed in September.

No share options, warrants, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other equity-linked instruments were issued or exercised, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations in the month under review.
