Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 374,000 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 1.035 and HKD 1.075, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.39 million.
The latest buyback lifts total shares repurchased under the mandate granted on 10 June 2026 to 13.59 million, equivalent to 0.64% of the 2.11 billion shares outstanding when the mandate was approved. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 211.29 million shares, indicating about 6.4% of the mandate has been utilised.
Despite the series of repurchases completed since 1 June 2026, the company’s issued share capital remains at 2.08 billion shares, as the repurchased shares—intended for cancellation—had not yet been cancelled as of 7 October 2026.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Zhou Hei Ya is subject to a moratorium preventing any new share issuance or treasury share sale until 6 November 2026, unless prior approval from the Exchange is obtained.
