LIANLIAN Buys Back 168,000 H-Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 40.56 Million

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (LIANLIAN) disclosed that it repurchased 168,000 H-shares on 2 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 3.245 to HKD 3.415, producing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.3495 per share and an aggregate cash outlay of HKD 0.56 million.

Following the transaction, LIANLIAN’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 431.20 million shares from 431.37 million, representing a 0.04% reduction. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 40.56 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 471.76 million.

The buyback formed part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 43.60 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 8.38 million shares, equating to 1.92% of the share base on the mandate date. All repurchased shares to date have been retained as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, LIANLIAN is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfer of treasury shares until 1 November 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements and board authorisations, and that full payment for the shares has been completed.
