PAN ASIA DATA H (ASX: 1561) has announced that a resolution to re-elect Ms. Xu Yanqiong as an independent non-executive director was not passed at the company's Annual General Meeting.

As a result, Ms. Xu has retired from her role as an independent non-executive director, effective from the conclusion of the AGM on June 30, 2026.

Following her departure, Ms. Xu has also ceased to serve as the chairperson of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee, and as a member of the nomination committee.

Mr. Su Qingdong, an existing independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the new chairperson of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee, with the appointments taking effect from June 30, 2026.
