HRnetGroup Limited announced the appointment of Executive Director and Chief Corporate Officer Adeline Sim as Deputy Honorary Secretary of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) for the 2026–2028 term, effective Sep, 22 2026.

SNEF, founded in 1980, represents more than 4,000 employers and promotes tripartism, labour-market flexibility and responsible employment practices in Singapore. HRnetGroup said Sim will contribute the company’s industry experience to the council, supporting efforts to strengthen employer representation in policy discussions and build consensus on employment legislation.

Sim also serves on the Singapore Business Federation Human Capital Action Committee and the Tripartite Workgroups on Human Capital Capability Building and Employment Act Review, roles that HRnetGroup expects will provide further insights into national workforce and skills-development initiatives.

The announcement was issued on Oct, 06 2026 and signed by HRnetGroup’s founding chairman, Sim Yong Siang.
