According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, Yunji Technology (02670), the first listed robot service intelligence agent company, has released its operational data for the dual-holiday period (September 25 to October 7). Over the 13-day span, robot service agents completed a cumulative 19.785 million service tasks and traveled 1.689 million kilometers, roughly equivalent to circling the Earth 42 times. AI voice calls reached 2.026 million, up 110.37% year-on-year and 56.55% higher than the pre-holiday period.
The explosive growth in AI voice calls points to a more critical shift: Yunji's business model is transitioning from one-time hardware sales toward continuous software services and long-term customer relationships. This trend was already reflected in the interim financial report 鈥?in the first half of 2026, Yunji Technology reported total revenue of 188 million yuan, up 71.6% year-on-year. Subscription revenue from AI digital systems such as HDOS reached 30.762 million yuan, with 3,173 paying customers, a year-on-year increase of 621%.
Company CEO Li Quanyin previously stated clearly that the core of the business model is that "hardware must be adopted, software must be subscribed, and services must be paid for by results 鈥?all three are indispensable."
Returning to the dual-holiday operational data, among AI voice calls, delivery-related requests accounted for approximately 40%, inquiries about 25%, repair reports about 15%, and complaints about 10%. AI handles the first layer of service filtering, with standardized needs processed by AI and complex work orders transferred to human agents. Demand was active between 10 PM and 6 AM the following day, with AI voice filling in during the weakest staffing hours. The remote after-sales resolution rate stood at 91.7%, and the average mini-program response time was 27.4 seconds.
AI voice has escalated from an auxiliary function to the primary service entry point, and simultaneously serves as a data entry point 鈥?every call accumulates data on guest demands, device status, and service timeliness, feeding back into hotel operations and strengthening customer stickiness. Other data similarly confirms the infrastructure trend: during the pre-holiday segment, daily average tasks reached 1.327 million, already hitting 67.8% of the National Day peak. The dual-holiday period cumulatively saved 1.877 million work hours, equivalent to releasing approximately 20,000 employees' worth of capacity for hotels each day.
Task volume growth in third-tier and lower-tier cities reached approximately 38%, higher than the approximately 28% growth in first-tier cities. Demand in apartment scenarios is closer to high-frequency essential needs, with replicability preliminarily validated. Consecutive-stay orders rose 31%, children's slipper demand increased approximately 314% year-on-year, while bottled water, slippers, and dental care items saw year-on-year increases of approximately 326%, 262%, and 224%, respectively.
The doubling of AI voice calls year-on-year is not merely a volume increase 鈥?it is a signal that Yunji is at an inflection point, moving from hardware to subscriptions and from transactions to long-term relationships.
