WellCell Holdings Posts Stable Share Capital and Confirms Adequate Public Float for September 2026

WellCell Holdings Co., Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00125, translating to HKD 10.00 million in total authorised capital. No increases or cancellations were recorded during the month.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 4.80 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations or new issuances in the period.

• WellCell confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its listed shares in public hands as of 30 September 2026.

• Under its share option scheme adopted on 15 December 2023, the company had granted no options to date. Up to 400.00 million shares remain available for future issuance under the scheme, but none were issued or exercised during September.

• The filing indicates no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares were reported.

The confirmation was signed by Company Secretary Siu Chun Pong Raymond, attesting that all regulatory requirements were met throughout the reporting period.
