China Everbright Water reports no changes in share capital for September 2026

China Everbright Water Limited announced that there were no changes in its authorised or issued share capital during the month ended Sep, 30 2026, according to a filing to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on Oct, 02 2026.
The company’s authorised share capital remained at HK$10.0 billion, representing 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$1 each. Its issued share count was unchanged at 2,860,876,723 ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.
China Everbright Water further confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of its issued share capital.
