LVGEM CHINA (00095) has issued an announcement stating that, pursuant to a joint application filed on September 30, 2026 by the company, the petitioner, and all other creditors on record via a consent summons filed on the same day, the High Court has ordered on September 30, 2026 that the hearing of the petition be further adjourned to April 6, 2027.

The company believes that this further consensual adjournment reflects the broad and continued support of its creditors for the progress achieved to date, and also demonstrates the continued willingness of major creditors to grant the company time to advance the proposed restructuring.

The company intends to make good use of this extended period to implement the outcomes of its consultations with its various creditor groups, and remains committed to achieving a constructive and sustainable restructuring outcome that benefits all stakeholders.
