YIBIN BANK Affirms Stable Share Base and Compliance with Public Float for September 2026

Yibin City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (abbrev. “YIBIN BANK”) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) dated 5 October 2026.

Total registered share capital remained at RMB 4.59 billion, split between 3.90 billion unlisted domestic shares and 688.40 million H-shares listed on HKEX. Both classes recorded zero movements in issued or treasury shares during the month, leaving outstanding shares unchanged at 4.59 billion.

The bank confirmed full compliance with HKEX’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 15% minimum threshold for its H-share class. No share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other equity-related agreements were issued, exercised, or cancelled in September.

All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Joint Company Secretary Tang Lin, indicating proper authorisation and adherence to listing and legal obligations.
