XtalPi buys back 2.00 million shares for HK $15.69 million; cumulative repurchases reach 6.72 million shares

XtalPi Holdings Limited disclosed in its Next Day Return that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on 5 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK $7.78 and HK $7.88, for a volume-weighted average cost of HK $7.83 per share. The aggregate cash outlay totalled HK $15.69 million.

The newly acquired shares, together with earlier buybacks of 0.98 million shares on 11 September and 1.90 million shares on 2 October, remain pending cancellation. As of the 5 October closing balance, 4.88 million shares were awaiting cancellation, equivalent to 0.11 % of XtalPi’s 4.30 billion issued shares (excluding 0.30 million treasury shares).

Under the shareholder mandate approved on 20 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 430.34 million shares. Including the latest transaction, XtalPi has bought back 6.72 million shares to date, utilising 0.16 % of its authorised limit. No new shares may be issued, and no treasury shares may be sold or transferred until 5 November 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
