BoardWare Intelligence Technology Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and AGM proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.boardware.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Holders are encouraged to review the web versions. Non-registered shareholders who need hard copies can submit a signed request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by mail (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (1204-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees should supply their email addresses to those intermediaries to receive future electronic notifications. Without a functional email on record, only printed notices will be dispatched.
