ZYBANK Reports Stable Share Base and Confirms Public Float Compliance for September 2026

Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. (ZYBANK) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, showing no changes in authorised, registered or issued share capital compared with the previous month.

The bank’s authorised and registered share capital remained at RMB 36.55 billion, comprising 6.95 billion H shares and 29.60 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued shares were unchanged at 6.95 billion H shares and 29.60 billion domestic shares, with zero treasury shares held. Consequently, total issued shares stood at 36.55 billion.

ZYBANK confirmed that its H-share public float met the waiver-adjusted requirement. As at 30 September 2026, approximately 18.90 % of its issued H shares were in public hands, exceeding the minimum threshold of 16.82 % set by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange waiver.

The return indicated no share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements to issue shares during the month, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts outstanding.
