BoardWare Intelligence Technology Reports Stable Share Capital and Adequate Public Float for June 2026

BoardWare Intelligence Technology Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

• Authorised share capital held steady at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing total authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued share capital closed the month at 500.00 million ordinary shares, identical to the previous month. The company held no treasury shares, leaving the total number of issued shares unchanged at 500.00 million.

• Public float requirements were met, satisfying the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold.

• Under the share option scheme adopted on 20 June 2022 and amended on 20 June 2025, up to 50.00 million shares remain available for future issue; no options were outstanding, granted, or exercised in June 2026.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or executed during the month, and there were no other movements in issued or treasury shares.
