First Service Reports No Change in Share Capital for September; Confirms Adequate Public Float

First Service Holding Limited disclosed that its share capital structure remained unchanged during September 2026.

Total authorised share capital stood at 250.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000002 each, maintaining an aggregate authorised amount of USD 50,000.

The company’s issued share capital was steady at 1.26 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or repurchased. Consequently, there was no alteration in either issued shares or treasury holdings throughout the month.

First Service confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, affirming sufficient shares in public hands as at 30 September 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued, or cancelled during the period. The 2020 Share Option Scheme remains undrawn, with capacity for up to 100.00 million new shares.

The filing was authorised by Chairman and Non-executive Director Zhang Peng and submitted on 7 October 2026.
