Ulferts Confirms Sufficient Public Float and Reports No Share Movements for September 2026

Oct 02

Ulferts International Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

At month-end, the total issued ordinary shares stood at 800.00 million, with no treasury shares held or cancelled. Consequently, the share count was identical to the position at the close of August 2026, indicating zero issuance, repurchase, or cancellation activity during September.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued share capital, stating that the threshold was met as of 30 September 2026.

No share options were exercised during the month. The 2018 Share Option Scheme continues to allow for up to 80.00 million ordinary shares to be issued upon future grants and exercises, although there were no options outstanding, granted, or exercised in September. Accordingly, no proceeds were raised from option exercises.

The filing further indicates that Ulferts had no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no movements related to Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The confirmation section of the return states that all relevant regulatory requirements were observed, with the submission signed by Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Ms Fung Pui Ling on 2 October 2026.
