YSB Inc. Maintains 692.49 Million Issued Shares; Adds 90.20 Thousand Shares to Ongoing Buy-back Programme

YSB Inc. (Cayman-incorporated, listed on HKEX) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 5 October 2026 confirming no change to its issued share capital, which remains at 692.49 million ordinary shares. The company holds no treasury shares.

Buy-back activity • On 5 October 2026 YSB repurchased 90,200 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.435 and HKD 3.500 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.31 million (average HKD 3.46). • All shares bought were designated for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

Cumulative programme status • Since the current mandate was approved on 21 May 2026, the company has repurchased 3.66 million shares, representing 0.53 % of the issued share base at the mandate date. • The mandate authorises buy-backs of up to 68.81 million shares, leaving approximately 65.15 million shares still available for repurchase. • The repurchased but not yet cancelled shares, accumulated through 40 on-market transactions executed between 21 August 2025 and 5 October 2026, were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 11.14 to HKD 3.27 per share.

Capital management • Despite the ongoing buy-backs, the total number of issued shares (excluding shares pending cancellation) is unchanged at 692.49 million. • Under listing rules, YSB is subject to a moratorium on any new share issuance or sale/transfer of treasury shares until 4 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

Governance confirmation Management affirmed that all repurchases were executed on the Exchange in compliance with Hong Kong listing rules, and that all requisite authorisations, filings and regulatory conditions have been met.
