Standard Chartered (STANCHART): Eight Senior Executives Reinvest Dividends, Acquire 38,509 Shares Worth £0.90 Million

Standard Chartered PLC disclosed that eight persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) reinvested the 2026 interim dividend through the JPM WS nominee Employee Share Account on 29 September 2026. A total of 38,509 ordinary shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a uniform price of £23.464 per share, representing an aggregate consideration of approximately £0.90 million.

Key transactions • Group Chief Executive Bill Winters led the reinvestment, acquiring 12,811 shares for about £0.30 million. • CEO, Corporate & Investment Banking Roberto Hoornweg purchased 9,413 shares, equating to roughly £0.22 million. • CEO, Wealth & Retail Banking Judy Hsu reinvested in 6,961 shares for approximately £0.16 million. • President, International Benjamin Hung added 6,464 shares worth about £0.15 million. • Group Chief Operating Officer Tanuj Kapilashrami acquired 1,852 shares (~£0.04 million). • Group Head, Technology & Operations Noelle Eder reinvested in 738 shares (~£0.02 million). • Group Chief Risk Officer Jason Forrester and Group Chief Financial Officer Manus Costello added 217 and 53 shares respectively, each for less than £0.01 million.

All purchases were executed under pre-agreed terms of the Employee Share Account and constitute routine dividend reinvestments rather than open-market acquisitions.
