Top Form International Maintains 301.05 Million Issued Shares in July 2026, 8.60 Million Options Outstanding

Top Form International Limited reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 July 2026. Authorised capital remained at 600.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50 each, keeping total authorised capital at HKD 300.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 301.05 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. As a result, the public float requirement—set at a minimum 25 percent of the issued share class—was fully met.

Under the 2011 Share Option Scheme, 8.60 million options were outstanding at month-end, representing the entire balance of options granted under that plan. The 2021 Share Option Scheme had no options outstanding, with a remaining capacity to issue up to 30.11 million shares in the future. No shares were issued and no proceeds were raised from option exercises during the month.

There were no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-linked instruments in issue, and the company executed no share repurchases or cancellations. The board confirmed full compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements for the period reported.
