TK Group Reports Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float in September 2026 Update

Hong Kong-listed precision components maker TK Group (Holdings) Limited released its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 30 September 2026, showing no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

As at 30 September 2026, authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 833.26 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

TK Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement, maintaining at least 25 percent of issued shares in public hands.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or cancellations.

The company’s board affirmed that all regulatory and listing rule obligations were duly met for the reporting period, with executive director Cheung Fong Wa signing the submission on 5 October 2026.
