Hin Sang Group (International) Holding Co. Ltd. (Hin Sang Group) has confirmed the re-appointment of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as its external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027, following shareholder approval at the 24 September 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The estimated audit fee for the forthcoming financial year is approximately HK$0.80 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses. Management determined the fee after arm’s-length negotiations that considered historical fees, prevailing market rates, the previous year’s audit workload, expected scope and timetable, the Group’s size and structure, and the complexity of its operations. The estimate assumes no material changes to the Group’s business scope, accounting policies, or regulatory environment, and that Hin Sang Group will provide timely information to the auditor.

The Board regards the proposed fee as fair and reasonable and does not anticipate material deviation from the estimate unless underlying assumptions change. Any significant variation will trigger further disclosure.
