Hong Kong-listed biopharmaceutical company Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (QYUNS-B) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 30 September 2026, showing a stable capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) listing requirements.

Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at RMB 227.07 million, representing 227.07 million H-class ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each. There were no increases or reductions during the month.

The issued share base was steady at 227.07 million shares, of which 223.37 million shares (98.37 %) were in circulation and 3.70 million shares (1.63 %) were held as treasury stock. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or transferred, and there were no movements in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Qyuns confirmed that its public float comfortably met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % threshold as at 30 September 2026. The company further attested that all regulatory conditions regarding share issuance and treasury-stock handling were satisfied.

The filing, dated 7 October 2026 and signed by Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary Hu Yanbao, indicates no significant equity activities during the reporting month, underscoring the issuer’s stable capital position and adherence to listing obligations.
