The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at HKD 40.00 million, representing 266.67 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.15 each. Issued share capital was likewise steady at 201.40 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or movements recorded during the month.

DT Capital affirmed that its public float comfortably meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations in August.

The return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 September 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Susana Kong Chi Han, confirming adherence to all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
