Tiantan Biological's Subsidiary Secures Clinical Trial Summary Report for Human Coagulation Factor IX

The company has announced that Chengdu Rongsheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co., Ltd. (600161.SH), has completed a Phase III clinical trial for its developed "Human Coagulation Factor IX" and obtained the clinical trial summary report.

According to the report, the clinical trial results for Human Coagulation Factor IX produced by Chengdu Rongsheng show that the drug's main PK parameters are similar to data from comparable marketed products. After infusion, it can effectively raise coagulation factor IX levels in patients with hemophilia B, enhance their coagulation function, improve bleeding symptoms and signs, and effectively control bleeding in hemophilia B patients.
