Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited disclosed that it repurchased 181,000 ordinary shares on 31 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 10.15 to HKD 10.30, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 10.25 per share, bringing total consideration to approximately HKD 1.85 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 605.47 million from 605.65 million, while treasury shares increased to 13.03 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.
The buy-back forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 60.77 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Hygeia Healthcare has repurchased 2.27 million shares to date, representing 0.37% of the issued share base on the mandate date.
All 181,000 shares bought on 31 August were retained as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 30 September 2026.
