PAGODA GP Buys Back 19.81 Million H-Shares in September, Raising Treasury Stock to 2.01% of Issued Capital

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (“PAGODA GP”) disclosed in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer (30 September 2026) that it repurchased 19.81 million H-shares during the month, all of which were retained as treasury stock.

Between 3 and 30 September 2026, the company executed 20 on-market repurchase transactions at prices ranging from HK$1.36 to HK$1.54 per share. The estimated aggregate consideration reached approximately HK$28.66 million, implying an average buy-back price of roughly HK$1.45 per share.

Following these transactions: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell to 1.96 billion, down 19.81 million month-on-month. • Treasury shares increased to 40.18 million, equivalent to 2.01% of the total 2.00 billion issued shares. • Registered share capital remained unchanged at RMB 2.00 billion, as the buy-backs did not affect the company’s authorised share count or par value (RMB 1.00 per share).

PAGODA GP confirmed that its public float continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as of 30 September 2026.
