To accelerate the deep integration of "AI plus consumption" in Zhejiang Province, continuously improve the consumer supply, unleash the vitality of the consumer market, and enhance the quality of daily life for the public, the Provincial Department of Commerce has issued an announcement regarding the launch of a smart home appliance purchase subsidy program.

The implementation period for the 2026 consumer goods trade-in smart home purchase subsidy runs from now until December 31.

Scope of Subsidy Support

This subsidy covers the following 10 categories of smart home products, and each product must have at least one smart function requirement.

One: Smart door locks (including smart cameras) must offer multimodal unlocking methods such as fingerprint or 3D facial recognition, and must include security features such as anti-pry alarms and remote alerts for abnormal door openings. Cameras must include safety functions such as abnormal behavior warnings.

Two: Smart humidifiers and dehumidifiers (including smart air purifiers) must support functions such as remote control via app, real-time monitoring of humidity and air quality, and automatic humidification or dehumidification adjustments.

Three: Smart robot vacuums and floor washers (including smart window-cleaning robots) must support voice interaction or remote control, AI visual obstacle avoidance, scheduled cleaning, and automatic dust collection and washing.

Four: Smart range hoods must include functions such as voice-controlled airflow adjustment and smoke or harmful gas concentration detection.

Five: Smart gas stoves and integrated stoves must be able to automatically adjust airflow in coordination with range hoods, and must include safety features such as app remote control, timed flame shutoff, and automatic gas cutoff in case of accidental extinguishing.

Six: Smart dishwashers (including sterilizing cabinets) must support app remote control and include functions such as AI dirt recognition and automatic matching of washing or sterilization modes.

Seven: Smart toilets (including toilet seats) must include constant-temperature heating for water and seat, automatic cleaning and drying functions, support for seat-off sensing, automatic lid opening when approaching, and prolonged sitting reminders.

Eight: Smart cameras (including action cameras) must include features such as image stabilization, intelligent scene recognition, and AI imaging optimization, and must support app remote control and cloud-based image storage management.

Nine: Smart beds and mattresses (including massage chairs and sofas) must support overall lifting, back elevation, leg raising, and left-right turning adjustments, be able to monitor real-time body indicators such as breathing, heart rate, and sleep, support voice interaction, and automatically match massage intensity based on body condition.

Ten: Smart microwave ovens (including microwave-steam-oven all-in-one machines) must be equipped with smart menus, variable-frequency intelligent temperature control, one-touch smart defrosting, scheduling, smart child locks, and intelligent microwave-steam-oven combination cooking functions.

Subsidy Standards and Related Requirements

Subsidy standard: Individual consumers who purchase products in the above categories will receive a subsidy of 15% of the final transaction price after deducting discounts from merchants at all stages. Each consumer may receive a subsidy for only one item per category, with a maximum subsidy of 1,500 yuan per item.

Product access requirements: Subsidized products must have a unified 13-digit national standard product code, must be Grade 1 in China's energy efficiency or water efficiency labeling, and must already be filed on the energy efficiency or water efficiency labeling website. Subsidized products must be assigned a unique serial number (SN code) for traceability control to prevent products from being resold or subsidies from being claimed repeatedly.

Application process: The subsidy application method and process shall follow Zhejiang Province's home appliance trade-in policy. Consumers can obtain smart home subsidy qualification through mini-programs such as "Zheli Huanxin" on platforms including UnionPay QuickPass.

Time limits: The product transaction invoice corresponding to the subsidy must be issued before December 31, 2026. Product logistics delivery, installation services, and submission of the complete set of verification materials must be completed before January 31, 2027.

Fund Allocation Rules

This smart home purchase subsidy fund shall be implemented under the principles of total special fund control and monthly coordinated arrangement. The subsidy quota for the current month follows a "first come, first served, until fully claimed" mechanism. Consumers who do not secure the current month's subsidy may continue to apply in subsequent months during the policy's duration, except when the total special fund is exhausted.

Other Matters

Market entities participating in the activity shall strictly comply with policy provisions, truthfully collect and report information related to subsidized products, strictly implement price filing management requirements, carry out the "one person, one category, one item" control requirement, and actively cooperate with regulatory authorities in verification. Relevant departments will establish a coordinated supervision mechanism, use big data technology to strengthen oversight of subsidy fund use and market business practices, severely crack down on illegal and non-compliant acts such as false declarations and fraudulent subsidy claims, and maintain a fair and orderly market environment. Platform enterprises and business entities are encouraged to simultaneously carry out supporting discount and benefit activities, stacking policy benefits to enhance consumers' sense of gain.
