Link Holdings Limited announced that on 29 September 2026 it signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Ke Shui Mao Sleep Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to explore a strategic collaboration on “sleep-health themed” accommodation services.
The contemplated partnership focuses on developing, testing and commercialising “Kang Shui Fang” sleep-health rooms at the Group’s Kaga Hanatsubaki Hotel in Japan, which will serve as the initial pilot site. Both parties will evaluate differentiated, wellness-oriented offerings aimed at enhancing guest experience and identifying new revenue streams within the Group’s hospitality segment.
Key LOI terms: • Phased cooperation covering technology testing, product development, and market promotion for sleep-health accommodation solutions. • Six-month exclusivity period during which neither party may enter a similar arrangement with third parties without mutual written consent. • Progress remains subject to satisfactory due diligence and agreement on detailed commercial terms.
Ke Shui Mao, an independent PRC-based developer of sleep-health technologies and digital health services, is not a connected person to Link Holdings under GEM Listing Rules.
No definitive agreement has been executed. The Proposed Cooperation may or may not proceed, and further announcements will be made as required. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Link Holdings’ securities.
