Bulletin Express
Oct 02

China Asia Valley Group Limited announced that Executive Director Xia Ping has tendered her resignation from both the board and the Remuneration Committee, effective 1 October 2026. The company cited business development needs and an internal reallocation of management responsibilities as the rationale for the change.

According to the filing, Xia will transition to a dedicated operational role, spearheading implementation of the Group’s strategic real-estate developments, including the Silicon Valley Industrial Park in Shajin and projects under Guangdong You Wei Industrial Co., Limited. Despite relinquishing her directorship, Xia has no disagreements with the board and confirms no matters require shareholder attention.

Following the change, the board comprises Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Huang Binghuang and Executive Director Wang Lijiao, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Tso Sze Wai, Duan Rihuang and Lau Ka Fung.

The board expressed its appreciation for Xia’s contributions during her tenure and anticipates her continued leadership in delivering the Group’s property development objectives.
