AINNOVATION trims outstanding H-shares by 1.48 million in September buybacks; public float remains compliant

AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd. (AINNOVATION) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the month ended 30 September 2026, detailing the impact of its share repurchase programme on share capital structure.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 563.54 million ordinary H-shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

During September, AINNOVATION repurchased 1.48 million H-shares across six trading sessions (3, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 29 September 2026). As a result: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 553.03 million to 551.54 million. • Treasury shares increased from 10.52 million to 12.00 million. • Total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained steady at 563.54 million.

The company confirmed that, as at 30 September 2026, it continued to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

No movements were recorded in share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during the month.
