Peijia Medical Shifts to Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 23

On 24 September 2026, Peijia Medical Limited issued a reminder that it has formally transitioned to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. The initiative, first announced on 12 November 2024, covers documents such as directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Both English and Chinese versions of these materials will be posted on the company’s website (www.peijiamedical.com) and on the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically. Non-registered shareholders are therefore required to monitor these websites for new publications and to provide their email addresses to the financial intermediaries through which their shares are held if they wish to receive “actionable corporate communications” electronically.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents can submit a completed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email their request to ir@peijiamedical.com, specifying their name, address and the desire to receive printed materials.

Investor enquiries can be directed to Peijia Medical’s headquarters at +86 (512) 8187 7166 during business hours, Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

The reminder underscores Peijia Medical’s commitment to efficiency and sustainability while ensuring continued access to timely corporate information for its shareholder base.
