Aspial Lifestyle issues 75 million Singapore dollars of 5.00% notes due 2031

Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on Oct, 6 2026 that it has issued 75 million Singapore dollars of 5.00 per cent notes maturing on Oct, 6 2031 under its 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme.
DBS Bank acted as the sole dealer and rating advisor for the Series 006 notes, which pay interest semi-annually in arrears.
The notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on Oct, 7 2026, following in-principle approval from the bourse.
Approximately 28 per cent of the issuance was allocated to controlling shareholders, interested persons, directors and related parties of the company.
