Board Reshuffle at China Ecotour: New Independent Director Appointed

CHINA ECOTOUR (HKEX: 01371) has announced changes to its board composition, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Duan Xinxiao has stepped down from his role as an independent non-executive director. Consequently, he will also relinquish his positions on the audit committee, the nomination committee, and the remuneration committee.
Following this departure, Mr. Jiang Zhijian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. He will also join the company's audit committee. Additionally, existing independent non-executive director Mr. Liu Fei has been appointed to serve on both the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.
