Sep 21

New Silkroad Holding Group Limited has circulated an instruction slip enabling registered shareholders to specify how they wish to receive the company’s forthcoming Interim Report 2026 and all future corporate communications.

Shareholders may: 1. Request a printed copy of the Interim Report 2026 even if an electronic version was previously selected. 2. Elect one of three formats for future documents: printed English only, printed Chinese only, or electronic access via the company’s website (www.newsilkroad472.com).

To activate any preference, shareholders must complete, sign and return the form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by fax, email or post. Joint holders are required to obtain the signature of all holders or the first-named holder on the share register. Forms that are incomplete, contain multiple selections, or are otherwise incorrectly filled in may be rendered invalid at the company’s discretion.

Printed versions of corporate communications will remain available on request from Tricor Investor Services Limited and will also be accessible on the company’s website. Personal data supplied on the form will be used solely for processing communication preferences and may be transferred to relevant group entities or service providers for verification and record-keeping, in line with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
