AV Concept Repurchases 3.18 Million Shares in September, Lifting Treasury Stock to 20 Million

AV Concept Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 3.18 million ordinary shares during September 2026, transferring all of them into treasury. As a result, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 855.00 million from 858.18 million, while total issued shares remained stable at 875.00 million.

The buy-backs were executed through five on-market transactions between 1 September and 22 September 2026 at prices ranging from HKD1.25 to HKD1.42 per share. Aggregate cash consideration for these repurchases is calculated at roughly HKD4.20 million. Following the transactions, AV Concept’s treasury share balance increased to 20.00 million shares.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at HKD200.00 million, representing 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.10 each.

The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026. No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the month.
