GREEN BROAD (01253) has announced its interim financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, revealing a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 53.439 million, marking a 79.02% increase from the prior corresponding period.

The company generated total revenue of RMB 21.699 million during the reporting period, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 109.51%. Loss per share stood at RMB 8.92 cents.

During the period under review, the group's operations were primarily focused on one energy storage project, three hydropower station operations and maintenance service contracts, and one commercial operations venture. Among the legacy public-private partnership arrangements, five projects have now transitioned into the operational and maintenance phase, while the remaining projects are either under construction or in the preparatory stage for settlement.

Where to begin: The company's revenue surge of more than double indicates early-stage contributions from its new energy storage and service-based segments, although the expanded loss base suggests elevated upfront costs and ongoing project development expenses.
