MIXUE Group (MIXUE) reported no changes to its outstanding share capital during September 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

Authorised and issued share capital • MIXUE’s authorised share capital remained at 379.62 million ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • Issued share capital was unchanged at 150.88 million H shares listed on HKEX and 228.74 million unlisted ordinary shares, keeping total issued shares at 379.62 million. • The group held no treasury shares at any point during the month.

Equity incentive update • Under the H Share Award Scheme approved on 26 June 2026, MIXUE can issue up to 12.02 million new H shares. • On 28 September 2026, the company granted awards covering the full 12.02 million shares to 1,234 grantees. • These awards had not yet converted into issued shares by 30 September 2026, so the month-end share count remained unchanged.

Public-float compliance • MIXUE confirmed that it met HKEX’s minimum public-float requirement of 10.61% for its H-share class as of 30 September 2026.

Governance confirmation • The filing, signed by Co-Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Hongfu, states that all equity-related actions during the period complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations.

With its share capital steady and the award scheme now in place, MIXUE’s next disclosures will show whether the authorised 12.02 million H shares move into the issued pool in the coming months.
