On October 1, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 2.80 million shares of ASMPT off‑exchange, by way of releasing a security interest in shares (nature of consideration: non‑cash assets); the transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary‑market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in ASMPT was 25.23 million shares, representing 6.01%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 22.42 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.35%.
