Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 1.5519 million ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Oct, 5 2026.
Following the sale, KWAP’s direct interest in Top Glove remains at 442.703 million shares, representing 5.521 % of the company’s issued share capital. Its indirect or deemed interest now stands at 56.379 million shares, equivalent to 0.703 %, bringing KWAP’s total stake to 499.083 million shares.
