On 30 April 2026, Congyu Intelligent Agricultural Holdings Limited disclosed that key shareholder documents are now available on both the company’s website (www.cyia.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The newly uploaded materials comprise: • Annual Report 2025 • A circular dated 30 April 2026 covering:   1) proposed general mandates to issue and repurchase shares,   2) proposals for re-election of directors, and   3) notice of the annual general meeting (AGM) • Form of proxy for the AGM scheduled for 26 June 2026

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with this notice. Others may download the documents electronically or request printed copies at no cost by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form or writing to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at least seven days in advance.

The company encourages shareholders to provide functional email addresses to facilitate electronic delivery. If no valid email is supplied, shareholders will continue to receive printed actionable corporate communications and postal notification letters until a working email is registered. Any electronic delivery mandate will be deemed fulfilled unless a “non-delivery” message is returned.

Shareholders may amend their preferred mode of receipt or language at any time. Existing requests for printed versions will remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
